The Anaheim Mighty Ducks having a Stanley Cup is the equivalent of the Florida Marlins getting two World Series Championship and the Arizona Diamondbacks getting one Series win before the San Francisco Giants could.
Why isn’t it the same as the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim getting one? Let me put it this way: The Angels have been around long enough to have a movie named after them. The Ducks are so new they are named after a movie.
