The Giants announced their giveaways for the first half of 2014, and…

Well, there are some gems.  I’ve already got people wanting to go to the 1954 World Series Ring Night.  For those who haven’t caught onto why they are doing that, it’s because of an interleague series against the Cleveland Indians, whom the Giants beat in 1954.  That’s also why Duane Kuiper is getting a bobblehead to honor his only career home run, which he hit with Cleveland.

And, apparently, Fedoras are a yearly thing.  Too bad they are so cheap…and so damn small!  I’m a 7 5/8, and I jut can’t wear them!

But…Hello Kitty?  Ugh.

On the other hand, there is a lot of procrastination on other events.  For instance, a lot of the “Special Event” giveaways (which you only get if you buy a special ticket) have yet to be determined.  Promotions for July through September will be announced…in February.  And even for Thursday, April 10th, you will receive the Giants Item-to-be-named-later.

But that ring…yeah, all Giants fans want a ring.  And that one is only the first 20,000.  Can you say…line?
