The Lunatic Fringe

Any video gamer knows that when you’re playing Novice mode on Madden with one of the best teams, that doesn’t mean you can take on Pro mode with the worst team in the league.  Or second.  Whatever, Cleveland.

Mike Shanahan is not turning this team around before we hit the Roaring 20’s.  Not with the #2 pick this year, not without a great quarterback available in the draft, and not with a team so bereft of talent, and yes, Navarro Bowman is awesome, but he’s one guy, and especially not with Jed York as owner trying to tell him to take a QB who otherwise wouldn’t get drafted before Johnny Manziel was. (Hey Cleveland, how ya doin’?)

What I’m mostly trying to say is, Cleveland sucks.  But the 49ers are right behind them.
