Actually, I’m waiting for whatever report needs to come out to say the Giants are absolutely not trading for Jose Fernandez.  The offseason has already had its ridiculous overpayment for a pitcher (Thank you Diamondbacks), and it doesn’t need an extra one.

Seriously, I’m smelling a very Padres-like stench off of the Diamondbacks’ moves this past week.

On that note, is it weird that I kinda want Mike Leake to sign with the Giants again to match with Jeff Samardzija for the ultimate goatee pairing?
