You’re going to get inundated with Melky articles today and tomorrow, and maybe even Wednesday. Few players ever left their team in such dubious circumstances, and few times has it ever turned out as well for the team and as…dubiously as it does for the player.
What happened to Toronto, anyway? Remember when they were the offseason darlings? Is it really that hard to pitch in Canada? I mean, I wasn’t expecting R.A. Dickey to have another Cy Young-type season, but jeeze.
